Homestay
Staying with a Canadian family is an enriching cultural experience and is an important component of our program. One of the reasons for success in the program is that the English instruction received in our schools is reinforced by the English immersion environment in which the student lives.
Mission has many fine homes and carefully selected families to host our international students.
The Host Family Fee covers accommodations and meals:
- Elementary Students pay $850 per month
- High School Students pay $750 per month
Placement and Monitoring
Homestay placement, monitoring and on-going support are provided by our Homestay Coordinator. Students and families are provided with an emergency contact number so you and your child have the security of knowing that any problems will be taken care of promptly.
